About E-Certificate
The E-Certificate is an authentication of the odometer inspection having been completed and passed by an approved JEVIC inspector. Helping to prevent fraud within the used vehicle trade pathway.
For security purposes, the E-Certificate is not printable from the JEVIC website.
E-Certificates are available for Roadworthiness (RWI) and Odometer inspections.
Note that the RWI E-Certificate is only available for vehicles inspected after 1st July 2011.
You will need to enter the Sticker Serial Number and the VIN / Chassis Number to access the E-Certificate.

Note for Malta certification completed in the UK, no stickers are issued so the Serial number is found on the Certificate.
ROADWORTHINESS (RWI) Serial Numbers are on the reverse of the Window sticker.
Where is the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) information?
The VIN / Chassis refers to the original manufacture number stamped on the VIN plate and / or on the chassis as indicated in the pictures below.
